Chad Brown - Director

Chad Brown attended Central Valley High School and is the current Spokane Falls Community College Assistant Coach

The former men’s soccer assistant coach at West Virginia University (2010-12) and UNLV (2006-10), Brown graduated from Fresno State University with a BA in sociology while playing his final two years of collegiate soccer with the Bulldogs from 1997-98. He was a two-time All-Western Athletic Conference selection while leading FSU in scoring both seasons. He also played at Bellevue Community College in 1994 where he was a Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) All-State pick and at the Community Colleges of Spokane where he helped CCS to the 1996 NWAACC title while earning tournament MVP honors.

Chad was a member of the Shadow since its beginning as a provisional member of what is now the USL PDL in 1995, and holds the distinction of being the first player to score a goal in a Spokane Shadow jersey. He went on to play for the Shadow through its league runner-up finish in 1999 before moving on to the Seattle Sounders Select, a rival PDL team. Midway through the 2000 season, he was called up to the Sounders first-team squad for the USL First Division. He spent another five years with the future Major League Soccer club, winning the league USL-1 championship in 2005.

Kenny Krestian - Staff Coach

Kenny Krestian is entering his tenth season as the Community Colleges of Spokane’s men’s head coach. In his first nine seasons, Kenny guided the Sasquatch to post season appearances eight times, including an Eastern Region Championship in 2007, NWAACC tournament finishes of third place in (2005 & 2008), Quarter finals (2006/2013), second place (2007), and a fourth place finish (2009). Kenny spent the previous five years as the varsity boy’s and girl’s coach at Lewis & Clark High School, where he led both teams to their first championships. The girls’ team won the district championship while the boys’ team won three consecutive Greater Spokane League (GSL) titles, while placing second and fourth at the state finals.

Kenny attended Ferris High School. He continued his playing career at CCS where he was a NWAACC All-Star while obtaining his AA degree. Kenny then earned his bachelor’s degree from Whitworth College in 1999. Between 1995 and 2002 Kenny played in the USL with the Spokane Shadow soccer team. In the summer of 2004 Kenny finished his Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Washington. Kenny currently holds his United States Soccer Federation "A" License.

Brock Ogami - Staff Coach

Brock Currently serves as assistant coach with the Community Colleges of Spokane women's program. Brock has a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Idaho State University. Ogami also holds a bachelors degree in Sports Management from Northwest Nazarene University as well as his National Soccer Coaches Association of America “Advanced National Diploma.”

Ogami is a Boise native and he played his club soccer for the Boise Nationals Soccer Club where he won 5 State Cup Championships. He attended Borah High School and graduated in 2007. He lead the Lions to the 5A State Championship game 3 years in a row with 3 2nd place finishes and was the captain of the 2006 squad. In 2005 he was a 5A All SIC “Honorable Mention” selection and in 2006 was a 5A All SIC “First Team” selection and was voted by his team in 2005 and 2006 as the “Most Valuable Offensive Player”. After graduating high school, Brock attended Walla Walla Community College for the 2007-2008 seasons. His first year with the Warriors he was selected to the NWAACC All Star Team. After Walla Walla, Brock then transferred to Northwest Nazarene University where he was a 3 time varsity letter winner for Coach Coe Michaelson. In 2009 Ogami was a GNAC 2nd Team Selection. The team also voted him “Most Inspirational” following his senior year.

Ogami was the head coach of the Meridian High School Varsity Boys Soccer Team for the 2010-2011 seasons where he guided the Warriors to their first district tournament appearance in over 8 years. Brock has also spent the past four years as a member of the coaching staff for the Boise Nationals Soccer Club. Ogami has also been an Idaho ODP Staff Coach.
